The group provides local advice and information so that, largely through 'self-help', M.E. sufferers can manage their illness better and improve their recovery. The Central Lancashire M.E. group has one definitive aim --- to help to bring all M.E. sufferers, family, partners, and friends and, indeed, anyone who is interest in this isolating illness, together.


It's always good to feel that you are not alone in coping with this illness.
